製作網站時，可先到免費的網頁範本網站上http://www.freewebsitetemplates.com/，選擇自己喜歡的網頁範本。下載後，是一個rar 的壓縮檔案，裡面的資料會有 index.html , style.CSS 及images。你可由index.html 依自己想要的內容做覆製及修改。 待修改完成後，上傳到 free的 http 網站。如: Free web site hosting : http://www.prophp.org/ 當然上傳前你必須先依它的指示做申請。上傳的方式可用 Free FTP : FileZilla http://filezilla-project.org/
